WTF!!! This is really really silly to implement something like this! This will SCREW any logicistics moving operations not to mention the pain it will cause...way to go CCP...

Reading comprehension FTW.
That patch note applies to the ships mentioned in the previous sentence of that patch note. Please read it again and understand that it applies to faction ships, whose slot layouts have been changed.
Damn calming down now, sorry for my fast read of it but I kinda freaked out when I saw it..Perhaps they should of said "Faction ships that are in space, in a station...."
